Storage Condition

Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shelf Life

The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

Could you please let me know of the purity and benchmarking in blocking? Do you know if this product is non-acetylated by any chance?

The blocking solution is usually 5% skimmed milk powder and 3% BSA. If you need to use this protein for blocking, you can try the above two concentrations first.
The protein is naturally extracted and no modification of the protein has been detected. The protein shown on uniprot has succinyllysine Phosphoserine methyllysine modification and no acetylation modification. In theory, naturally extracted products should be unmodified.
