APX2 polyclonal antibody CSB-PA14419A0Rb was produced in the rabbit that was inoculated with the recombinant Arabidopsis thaliana L-ascorbate peroxidase 2 cytosolic protein (4-250aa). The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G affinity chromatograph and reached up to 95% in purity.
This rabbit anti-Arabidopsis thaliana APX2 polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA and WB applications. It only reacts with the APX2 proteins of Arabidopsis thaliana-origin. This antibody may be used to detect the endogenous APX2 protein levels or identify its presence for a better understanding of plant development, physiology, and responses to environmental stress.
