Image	IHC image of CSB-PA622689LA01HU diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

These results describe the crystal structure of Ca(2+)-loaded calcyphosine up to 2.65 A resolution and reveal a protein containing two pairs of Ca(2+)-binding EF-hand motifs. PMID: 18775726
The calcyphosine crystal diffracted to 2.8 A and belonged to space group P2(1)2(1)2, with the unit cell parameters a=70.39 A, b=132.02 A, c=46.20 A. PMID: 19275752
