Description

The MT1E antibody is a rabbit anti-MT1E human polyclonal antibody prepared using a synthetic polypeptide containing amino acids 4-59 of human MT1 as an immunogen. It exists as an unconjugated IgG isotype. It is only reactive with human samples. Its purity is 95%+ using protein G purified. This MT1E antibody has been validated for use in ELISA, IHC, and IF for the detection of the MT1E protein, which is highly expressed in motile cell lines and may play a role in enhancing the migration and invasion of human glioma cells.
