Review: During flow cytometry, factors levels of fluorescence were evaluated. All cells expressed Ki67, myogenin, Pax7, desmin and MYH1/2 factors, whilst the level of fluorescence were Ki67-6.66, myogenin-116.72, PAX7-69.65, desmin-14.77, and MYH1/2-19.50.
