I am looking to buy the protein RPI-A with an N-terminal HIS-tag. As I work with highly sensitive aptamer tools, I need to know the exact sequence before I buy. Is it only the protein plus 6xHIS, or is there a linker contained as well? If so, do you know if it impacts the structure?
