Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw
cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature
and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized
form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.
Lead Time
3-7 business days
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

Description
Expressing the recombinant Human ADAMTS7 protein in e.coli cells involves inserting a DNA fragment encoding the Human ADAMTS7 protein (242-593aa) into a plasmid vector and transferring it to the e.coli cells. Positive cells are screened, cultured, and induced to express the ADAMTS7 protein. The protein carries a N-terminal 6xHis-SUMO tag. The cells are lysed to collect the recombinant Human ADAMTS7 protein, which is purified through affinity purification and then identified using SDS-PAGE and subsequent staining of the gel with Coomassie Brilliant Blue. The purity of the resulting recombinant Human ADAMTS7 protein exceeds 90%.
