Please can you tell me the following about CSB-EP624018HU?
What exactly is in the buffer that it is dissolved in (tris-based 50% glycerol)?
Also, can you give me more information on what buffers the protein is soluble in?
Is the protein denatured or is it folded?
The MW listed on the info page is 70.2 kDa, but the human NONO protein should be around 54 kDa. Can you explain why these two molecular weights are not the same?
