Conjugate | Avi-tag Biotinylated E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag. |

Is there a difference between in the final product of a recombinant protein expressed by HEK293F and HEK293T?
HEK293F and HEK293T are both derived from HEK293 cells, recombinant proteins produced by which have little theoretical difference in modification. Their protein products are most similar in modification and immunogenicity to native proteins. We have not yet tested the specific differences in the proteins expressed by the two cell lines. We advise that there is no need to order proteins derived from these two host cells at the same time.
How to introduce the recombinant gene into the HEK293T cells during the production of this recombinant protein (CSB-BP617996HU1)?
During the protein production, we cloned the recombinant gene into a plasmid and then introduced the positive plasmid into HEK293T cells for protein expression.
