Represses BZIP46 activity via interaction with the TPR3-HDAC1 corepressor complex and down-regulation of the histone acetylation level at BZIP46 target genes. Promotes BZIP46 degradation via interaction with the U-box type ubiquitin E3 ligase PUB70.
