Can you please tell me the pricing and minimum order quantity for each of the products listed below? We do not need any tag. Are there any advantages/disadvantages to any of the 8 choices, such as stability? We need the protein to have good enzymatic activity with salicylate. Do you have any COA's from previous typical lots showing performance and specifications?
1. Regarding the differences and advantages and disadvantages of several systems can refer to the web link: https://www.cusabio.com/c-20621.html
2. We have not tested the enzyme activity currently. We will try our best to express and purify in accordance with enzymatically active conditions, and try to obtain enzymatically active proteins. However, because the enzyme activity is not tested, there is still no guarantee that they must have enzyme activity.
3. Since the proteins are made-to-order, we cannot provide the COA of previous lot currently. The COA can be provided upon shipment.
4. It is recommended that you can order a small size first to have a try. The smallest size is 20ug.
5. Disclaimer about Tag Removal:
We can try to remove the tag by enzyme digestion, but we can't guarantee 100% success. The overall success rate of enzyme digestion data analysis is 75%-86%.
Not all protein tags can be removed as some proteins will be very unstable after tag removal. If we succeed in removing the tag, we will charge for extra cost. If we fail in removing the tag, we won’t charge for any extra cost, and will only charge for the fusion protein cost.
