The SENP1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is generated through a series of sophisticated procedures. First, the SENP1 monoclonal antibody is collected and its gene sequence is determined. The SENP1 monoclonal antibody gene is cloned into a plasmid vector and then transfected into a host cell line for culture. SENP1 monoclonal antibody production involves the use of a synthesized peptide derived from human SENP1 as an immunogen. The SENP1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is purified using affinity chromatography and its specificity is verified via five applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC, IF, and FC. It only recognizes human SENP1 protein.
SENP1 is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in regulating the SUMO (small ubiquitin-like modifier) pathway. It is involved in the de-SUMOylation of target proteins, which affects various cellular processes such as transcriptional regulation, DNA repair, and protein localization. SENP1 also has other functions, including regulating the stability and activity of various transcription factors, such as hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha (HIF-1α) and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB). Additionally, SENP1 has been implicated in the regulation of various diseases, including cancer and viral infections.
