  • IHC image of CSB-PA021410LA01HU diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
  • Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cell with CSB-PA021410LA01HU at 1:300, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Description

The SLC16A3 antibody CSB-PA021410LA01HU was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the recombinant human MCT4 protein (406-465aa) as the immunogen. The target protein SLC16A3, also known as MCT4, mainly transports lactate and other monocarboxylates across the plasma membrane of cells, which is crucial for regulating cellular metabolism and maintaining extracellular pH.

This rabbit anti-human SLC16A3 polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA and WB applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the SLC16A3 proteins from human and rat samples and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of SLC16A3 protein.
