  • IHC image of CSB-PA742402LA01HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB. Secondary antibody only control: uses 1% BSA instead of primary antibody
  • Immunofluorescence staining of U251 cell with CSB-PA742402LA01HU at 1:30, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
  • Immunofluorescence staining of U251 cell with 5% goat serum, counter-stained with DAPI.
  • Immunofluorescence staining of PC-3 cell with CSB-PA742402LA01HU at 1:30, counter-stained with DAPI.

Description

The product is a polyclonal antibody generated from the rabbit immunized with a recombinant protein mapping within 185-304 amino acids of the human SLC16A9 protein. It is an unconjugated IgG. This SLC16A9 antibody is protein G purified and reaches over 95% in purity. It is reactive to human and mouse samples. And it has been verified with ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications. Its target protein SLC16A9 is a carnitine efflux transporter that has been suggested by genome-wide association studies (GWAS) to be involved in the development of hyperuricemia and gout.
