Description
The product is a polyclonal antibody generated from the rabbit immunized with a recombinant protein mapping within 185-304 amino acids of the human SLC16A9 protein. It is an unconjugated IgG. This SLC16A9 antibody is protein G purified and reaches over 95% in purity. It is reactive to human and mouse samples. And it has been verified with ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications. Its target protein SLC16A9 is a carnitine efflux transporter that has been suggested by genome-wide association studies (GWAS) to be involved in the development of hyperuricemia and gout.
