The immunization of rabbits with the recombinant human TRIM13 protein (40-310AA) and final purification from rabbit antiserum by antigen affinity purification causes the creation of the anti-TRIM13 antibody. This TRIM13 antibody is a polyclonal antibody and exists as an unconjugated IgG. It only shows reactivity with human TRIM13 protein, a RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase that ubiquitinates L-type channels and induces proteasomal degradation. The TRIM13 protein also enhances apoptosis through protein kinase B, modulates endoplasmic reticulum stress-caused autophagy, affects tumor cell growth, and participates in the regulation of melanoma differentiation-related antigen 5-mediated type I interferon generation. And this anti-TRIM13 antibody has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications.
