Description

Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) Antibody HRP conjugated CSB-PA489724 was produced in the goat immunized by using the rabbit IgG protein as the immunogen. The target protein IgG, also known as immunoglobulin G, is a kind of immunoglobulin. It provides strong immunity to most blood-borne infectious substances and is the only one that passes The placenta provides humoral immunity antibodies to babies, which is widely used in biomedicine.
This Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) Antibody HRP conjugated was tested in the WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. The HRP conjugated IgG was affinity-purified from goat antiserum by affinity-chromatography using specific immunogen. This Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) Antibody HRP conjugated can be directed against the whole molecule of the primary antibody as a secondary antibody.

Sample dilution: 1:2000

Review: Then the membrane was washed with TBS for 3 times (5 min each time), and then the membrane was put into goat anti-rabbit IgG marked with horse radish peroxidase (HRP) and incubated at room temperature for 1 h.
