Target Background

Function
Component of SCF(ASK-cullin-F-box) E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes, which may mediate the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. Confers sensitivity to the virulent bacterial pathogen P.syringae. Auxin receptor that mediates Aux/IAA proteins proteasomal degradation and auxin-regulated transcription. Involved in embryogenesis regulation by auxin.

  2. Results suggest the MIRNA393a and MIRNA393b -mediated regulation of TIR1 and AFB2 during embryogenic transition. PMID: 27040841
  3. miR393 regulation of the TIR1 and AFB2 receptors could be a critical checkpoint between auxin signaling and specfic redox-associated components PMID: 25222737
  4. miR393 and secondary siRNAs regulate expression of the AFB2 PMID: 21828251
