Description

The RH5 polyclonal antibody is developed by administering a recombinant Arabidopsis thaliana RH5 protein segment (amino acids 53-142) to a rabbit. Several repeated immunizations elicit an immune response in the rabbit, leading to the production of polyclonal antibodies against RH5. The rabbit serum is collected and then purified using affinity chromatography to obtain the RH5 antibody. The functionality of the RH5 antibody is demonstrated through ELISA and WB assays, validating its capability to detect the Arabidopsis thaliana RH5 protein in experimental settings.
