Description

Immunization of a rabbit with the recombinant Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Ribonuclease protein (48-157aa) enables the production of the Ribonuclease polyclonal antibody. The Ribonuclease antibody is obtained from the rabbit serum and undergoes purification using protein G. This particular Ribonuclease antibody is specifically designed for detecting the Ribonuclease protein of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens in ELISA and WB applications.

The main function of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Ribonuclease protein (RNase) is to catalyze the cleavage of RNA molecules. RNases are enzymes that specifically target and break down RNA molecules into smaller fragments. This process is important for various cellular processes such as mRNA degradation, RNA processing, and RNA turnover. Additionally, some RNases also play a role in defense mechanisms against viral infections by degrading viral RNA.
