Target Background

Function
DNA helicase loader protein that participates in viral DNA replication, recombination, and repair. At the fork, required for loading of the replicative helicase onto DNA protected by the ssDNA-binding protein. Coordinates simultaneous synthesis of leading- and lagging-strands.
