The ihfB antibody is generated by immunizing a rabbit with recombinant Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B ihfB (1-104aa), causing the rabbit's B lymphocytes to produce tailored IgG antibodies. This ihfB antibody can be used to detect Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B ihfB protein in ELISA and WB tests.
