Description

This Fish IL-6 ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Fish IL-6 protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 12.5 pg/mL-200 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 12.5 pg/mL.

Review: I used CSB-E13258Fh to detect the serum of the normal group. The OD values of the standard品 were 2.594, 2.000, 1.209, 0.591, 0.342, and 0.193, and the OD values of the samples were between 0.6 and 1.7.

Review: I used the CSB-E13258Fh enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit to determine Micropterus salmoides samples. The OD values of the standard curve are 2.429, 1.94, 1.174, 0.696, 0.337, and 0.204 respectively, and the sample OD values are between 0.6 and 1.6.
