We are looking into kits to measure ADAMTSL2. We found this product: CSB-EL001318HU - has this kit measured endogenous ADAMTSL2 in plasma or serum and what is the immunogen/calibrator used in this kit? I assume full-length recombinant in some expression system?

A:

The standard of this kit is NS0-derived recombinant protein.
And the kit can detect the ADAMTSL2 protein content in natural samples (serum plasma, etc.), but the status of each sample is different, please check your own actual measurement.
