Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human CK 18-M30 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

The recovery of human CK 18-M30 spiked to levels throughout the range of the assay in various matrices was evaluated. Samples were diluted prior to assay as directed in the Sample Preparation section.

Cytokeratin 18-M30(CK 18-M30) is this Kit to evaluate apoptosis? and what is the complementary one that evaluates total cell death (apoptosis + necrosis)?
Detection of M30 can represent the level of hepatocyte apoptosis. When hepatocytes undergo necrosis and apoptosis, their cell membrane integrity is destroyed, and CK18 is released into the peripheral blood in large quantities. The total amount of soluble CK18 is expressed in both apoptosis and necrosis, and it could be detected by M65. That is, the research can be combined with CK18-M30 and CK18-M65.
For this, we have related kits, namely CSB-E13696h, CSB-E09172h (the kits are designed for full-length CK-18). Both kits have been cited in several publications.
