I am looking for human hepcidin-25 ELISA, which is specific for Bioactive Hep-25 and there is NOT crossreactivity for Hep-20 and Hep-21. I have checked many Hep-25 ELISAs on your website, however could not find any information about the crossreactivity our customer requested. Would you please confirm the crossreactivity about your Hep-25 ELISAs?

The recombinant Hepcidin protein and the synthesized Hep-20, Hep-21 and Hep-22 polypeptides There is no across activity.
Considering that the structure for modification of proteins in native samples is different from recombinant proteins and synthesized polypeptides,
it is not guaranteed that there is no any cross with other isoforms in native samples.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.

I am looking for Hepcidin 25 ELISA KIT which does NOT react with “Hepcidin 20” and “Hepcidin 21”.
Can you please provide the following information about this kit:
a. Capture antibody or capture antigen – immunogen type, sequence (including species source and accession no. if available), expression host, clonality and host species.
b. Detection antibody (if applicable) - immunogen type, sequence (including species source and accession no. if available), expression host, clonality and host species.
c. Standard – if recombinant protein, please specify sequence (including species source and accession no. if available) and expression host.
d. Please send the manual.
