This Human Pro-ANP ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Pro-ANP protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 62.5 pg/mL-4000 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 15.6 pg/mL.

Do all the samples are taken once at a time and the Elisa kit is used? How long will it take the sample to remain to preserve for Pro-anp levels to detect?

we suggest using the newly collected samples. If you have difficulties with this, you could store the samples at suitable conditions based on your experiment schedule. Usually, if you will use the sample in 5 days, 2-8 degrees is advised; If used in 1 month,-20 degrees is advised;-80 degrees is advised for a long time but usually not over 2 months. You could decide by yourself whether to aliquot or not based on your experiment requirement.
For the second question, we did not do specific validations. Well, if all condition is allowed, we suggest earlier use of the sample.
