This Human PGD2 ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human PGD2 protein in serum, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates, urine. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 23.5 pg/mL-1500 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 5.8 pg/mL.

We have previously ordered these kits from you and have been running the project since 2014. I want to keep the same assays as before but I am wondering if you can provide any quality control material? In the past we didn’t have quality control material available. I understand that the kit comes with the required standards but it would be great if a positive and negative control could be purchased to be run with the kit as well. I would purchase these separately if available.Any recommendations as controls for this kit?
