1) Can you give me any more information on the standards used in the kit? i.e. if they are full length proteins, are they recombinant, what kind of expression systems have they been made in? Thanks
2) I would also be interested to know what kind of antibodies are used for the capture and detection - i.e. the species of antibody, whether they are polyclonal or monoclonal, which immunogen they were raised against and also whether they are available to purchase separately?

Cell surface receptor for PLXNB1, PLXNB2, PLXNB3 and PLXND1 that plays an important role in cell-cell signaling. Regulates glutamatergic and GABAergic synapse development. Promotes the development of inhibitory synapses in a PLXNB1-dependent manner and promotes the development of excitatory synapses in a PLXNB2-dependent manner. Plays a role in priming antigen-specific T-cells, promotes differentiation of Th1 T-helper cells, and thereby contributes to adaptive immunity. Promotes phosphorylation of TIMD2.
