This Human sLDL ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human sLDL protein in serum, plasma, saliva, urine, tissue homogenates. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.312 nmol/mL-20 nmol/mL and the sensitivity is 0.078 nmol/mL.

What kind of dsLDL does the kit measure? (LDL-cholesterol? LDL-ApoB…. Etc?)
How does the kit differentiate de sdLDL from other LDL?

This kit specifically use the sLDL raw material and detects the total sLDL(including the free SLDL or in combination with other proteins).
sLDL is the small dense Low-Density Lipoprotein,sd LDL or sLDL, which has much smaller grains and lower densities.
While those larger grains and lower densities LDL called large LDL.
