This Human telomerase (TE) ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human telomerase (TE) protein in serum, cell culture supernates, urine, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.078 ng/mL.

Review: I used CSB-E08021h to measure the telomerase content in the lytic fluid of cancer cells, diluted twice, and OD was about 0.3. The scale was normal and the telomerase quantification was consistent with the literature reports. Easy to use, if possible, make the box smaller, better preservation.
