This Human α-MSH ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Human α-MSH protein in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.156 ng/mL-10 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.039 ng/mL.

Review: I used a human α-MSH kit. Objective: To investigate the effect of UVB on the secretion of α-MSH by keratinocytes and the effect of peptide samples. Experimental samples: After UVB irradiation, the cells were incubated in a cell incubator for 24h, and the cell secretory supernatant was collected. The OD value of the experimental group was 0.15-0.31. The above is the feedback after recent use, please check!

Review: I used CSB-E09658h to detect normal cell supernatants. The OD trend of the standard curve was normal, with good linearity, meeting the requirements. The OD of all detected samples was within the range of the standard curve, which also met the requirements. The kit has high accuracy and high sensitivity.

Review: I used the CSB-E09658h kit for normal cell supernatants. The standard curve OD was between 0-3.5, which was normal with good linearity. The sample OD values were all within the curve range, with high precision and accuracy, and it was easy and quick to use.
