This Mouse 5HT ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Mouse 5HT protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 250 pg/mL-4000 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 125 pg/mL.

Review: CSB-E08365m was used to detect the 5HT content of LLC culture supernatant and cell homogenate after administration of different concentrations of valeric acid. The OD value of the standard curve was as follows: 4000-0.08, 2000-0.15, 1000-0.17, 500-0.43, 250-0.87, 0-1.01, OD values of samples were 0.19-0.67, negative control was about 0.99. The product was fast and convenient, easy to operate, and reproducible, but there seems to be no guidelines for the processing of cell samples. The negative controls were water (0.9900, 0.9142, 0.9521), and the samples were 0.19-0.67. The absorbance value of standard curve at 0 concentration was (1.0943, 1.0101).
