Review: The OD value of the standard curve is y = -1.0317x + 2.6063, R² = 0.9866. The OD value of the sample is 0.1084~202402, which is fast and convenient, very easy to use

Review: CSB-E08365m was used to detect the 5HT content of LLC culture supernatant and cell homogenate after administration of different concentrations of valeric acid. The OD value of the standard curve was as follows: 4000-0.08, 2000-0.15, 1000-0.17, 500-0.43, 250-0.87, 0-1.01, OD values of samples were 0.19-0.67, negative control was about 0.99. The product was fast and convenient, easy to operate, and reproducible, but there seems to be no guidelines for the processing of cell samples. The negative controls were water (0.9900, 0.9142, 0.9521), and the samples were 0.19-0.67. The absorbance value of standard curve at 0 concentration was (1.0943, 1.0101).
