Insulin-like growth factor binding protein acid labile subunit (IGFALS) is a key component of the ternary complex that regulates IGF bioavailability and transport in circulation. The Mouse Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein complex acid labile subunit ELISA kit (CSB-EL011094MO) provides quantitative measurement of IGFALS in Mus musculus samples.
