Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse SEMA3A in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

Semaphorin-3A (SEMA3A) is a secreted glycoprotein that belongs to the semaphorin family of axon guidance molecules. This protein contains a sema domain, immunoglobulin domain, and short basic domain, and plays important roles in nervous system development by regulating axon pathfinding, dendritic branching, and neuronal migration. SEMA3A functions as a repulsive guidance cue through its interaction with neuropilin-1 and plexin receptors, influencing the formation of neural circuits. Beyond its classical role in neurodevelopment, SEMA3A has been implicated in various physiological and pathological processes. This makes it an important target for neuroscience research.
The Mouse Semaphorin-3A ELISA kit (CSB-EL020980MO) is designed for quantitative measurement of SEMA3A in Mus musculus samples. This sandwich-based assay accommodates serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and tissue homogenates with a detection range of 15.6 pg/mL to 1000 pg/mL and sensitivity of 3.9 pg/mL. The assay requires 50-100 μL sample volume and can be completed within 1-5 hours. Detection is performed at 450 nm wavelength.
