Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse MMP-13 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

Matrix metallopeptidase 13, also known as collagenase 3, is a zinc-dependent endopeptidase that plays an important role in extracellular matrix remodeling and tissue homeostasis. This enzyme specifically cleaves type II collagen and other matrix components, making it necessary for normal bone and cartilage development, wound healing, and tissue repair processes. MMP13 expression is tightly regulated and becomes elevated during pathological conditions such as arthritis, cancer metastasis, and tissue inflammation, where excessive matrix degradation occurs.
The Mouse matrix metalloproteinase 13 ELISA kit (CSB-E07413m) provides quantitative measurement of MMP13 in Mus musculus samples using a sandwich assay principle. This kit works with serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates with a detection range of 93.75 pg/mL to 6000 pg/mL and sensitivity of 23.438 pg/mL. The assay requires 50-100 μL sample volume, completes within 1-5 hours, and uses detection at 450 nm wavelength for reliable quantification of mouse MMP13 levels.
