I would like to know if the Mouse very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) ELISA Kit can be used to measure vLDL in the supernatant of cell culture.

The kit CSB-E17089m is recommended to quantitatively detect mouse VLDL in serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. If you want to detect supernatant of cell culture, please kindly arrange preliminary experiment to check whether it is proper.
