Review: The CB-E13408P kit is used for the detection of porcine serum samples. The standard does not need to be diluted in multiple ratios and can be used directly, greatly simplifying the experimental process. The incubation time is shorter than that of conventional kits, and the entire detection process is highly efficient and time-saving. The OD value gradient of the standard curve is good (1.457-0.091), the four-parameter fitting R² is 0.99, and the curve quality is excellent. Although the measured concentration was slightly lower than expected, the manufacturer explained it as a normal phenomenon and the data remained reliable. It is recommended for laboratories that require rapid and stable testing.
