This Rabbit β-TG ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Rabbit β-TG protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 12.5 ng/mL-800 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 3.12 ng/mL.

Review: I used CSB-E09285Rb to detect the content of β-TG in normal rabbit serum, and the R2 of the standard curve could be as high as 0.9921. The standard curve met the requirements, and the OD values of the samples were 0.264 and 0.268, which could be parallel, and the test results were accurate and perfect.

Review: I used CSB-E09285Rb to detect normal plasma. The 0D value of the standard curve was about 3.x-0.06x, and the OD value of the sample was about 0.2-0.1. The standard curve R of the kit was >0.99, which met the test requirements and the kit was very good.

Review: I used CSB-E09285Rb to detect normal plasma, the standard curve was more than 2 points, S0 was about 0.06, the OD value of the sample was about 0.3, the standard curve r of the kit was >0.99, which met our requirements and was well received.

I would like to redirect another rabbit assay to your assay because it is based on antibodies against the human sequence and not rabbit.
I understand that immunogen information for your kits is not normally revealed however if we are going to redirect another assay to your kit we need to know that the antibodies in your kit are directed against the rabbit sequence. If not and they are against a different species then please reveal that species and how cross reactivity has been confirmed.
