Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays):CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rabbit β-TG in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

I would like to redirect another rabbit assay to your assay because it is based on antibodies against the human sequence and not rabbit.
I understand that immunogen information for your kits is not normally revealed however if we are going to redirect another assay to your kit we need to know that the antibodies in your kit are directed against the rabbit sequence. If not and they are against a different species then please reveal that species and how cross reactivity has been confirmed.
