Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat Aβ1-42 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

Please provide the following information regarding Rat amyloid beta peptide 1-42, Abeta1-42 ELISA Kit (CSB-E10786r)
a. Is this soluble or insoluble Abeta1-42?
b. Also, can this kit be used with plasma and brain tissue from rat?
Our lab is looking to purchase a Rat amyloid beta peptide 1-42, Aβ1-42 ELISA Kit CSB-E10786r. However, we have lysed our tissues with RIPA buffer which contains SDS and we have also diluted our samples with the same RIPA buffer and 1x PBS. we were wondering if this would affect how the kit would work.
For ELISA detection, it is generally not recommended to process samples with a buffer containing SDS. This is because SDS can break intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, destroy the secondary and tertiary structure of proteins, and may affect ELISA detection. Since your samples have been processed, we can only suggest you try to use the processed samples to do the gradient pre-experiment first. We haven't done this before, so we can only suggest you have a try.
