This Rat Col Ⅱ Ab ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Rat Col Ⅱ Ab protein in serum, plasma. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.312 U/mL-20 U/mL and the sensitivity is 0.078 U/mL.

I have to use the CSB-EQ027975RA Rat collagen Type II (Col II) antibody kit and I have some questions:
I have to use Culture Medium not Serum or Plasma is this possible?
In other KIt we use before the Standard (CSB-EO8092r) has a concentration of 1000 pg/mL
now this new kit we are going to use has a concentration of 20 U/mL so whic is the relation between Unit and pg?. How can we calculate Collagen II concentration
