Recombinant Macaca fascicularis CD93 molecule (CD93), partial (Active)

CD93 plays a key role in cell adhesion, phagocytosis, and angiogenesis, making its extracellular domain a valuable target for antibody development and receptor-ligand interaction studies. This cynomolgus monkey CD93 construct covers residues 24–581, encompassing the extracellular region critical for ligand engagement, and is expressed in mammalian cells to support native-like glycosylation and proper folding of its C-type lectin and EGF-like domains. Functional ELISA confirms robust binding activity, with immobilized CD93 at 2 μg/ml engaging an anti-CD93 recombinant antibody at an EC₅₀ of 0.1669–0.3513 ng/mL, providing a suitable basis for competitive blocking antibody screening, epitope mapping, and affinity characterization by SPR or BLI. The protein carries a C-terminal 10×His tag for oriented capture, and with purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE alongside endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg, it meets the quality thresholds commonly required for cell-based binding assays and biologic inhibitor screening campaigns.
