Description

CUSABIO immunizes the rabbit with a peptide mapping within amino acids 8-303 of the human GNA14 protein thus obtaining the anti-GNA14 antibody. This polyclonal antibody against GNA14 is an unconjugated IgG. It can react with human and mouse samples. Its target protein GNA14 is involved in the regulation of hypertension and endothelial function. And GNA14 silencing inhibits endometrial carcinoma cell proliferation. The purity of this antibody is greater than 95% using protein G purified. This GNA14 antibody is suitable for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications.
