Review: The markers of apoptosis, such as pro‐caspase3, p53, and cleaved Poly (ADP‐ribose) polymer‐ase (PARP), and ribosomal biogenesis marker, viz. 40S ribosome protein 15 (RPS15), were induced by the ectopic expression of nuclear αSyn. The densities of protein bands assessed using Western blotting were estimated and compared by the normalization with the density of β‐tubulin band. We used one‐way ANOVA with Bonferroni’s post hoc test. Data are represented as the mean ±SEM.
