Description
ampC polyclonal antibody CSB-PA326492HA01EZX was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Pseudomonas aeruginosa Beta-lactamase protein (27-397AA) as the immunogen. The target protein ampC belongs to class-C beta-lactamase family. Expression of ampC is partially controlled by a regulatory factor, AmpR, which represses transcription in wild-type cells. Induction of ampC also requires the presence of two other proteins, the AmpG permease and AmpD amidase, and the induction process is intimately linked to the cell wall recycling pathway.
This Rabbit anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa (strain ATCC 15692 / DSM 22644 / CIP 104116 / JCM 14847 / LMG 12228 / 1C / PRS 101 / PAO1) ampC Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the ampC proteins of pseudomonas aeruginosa -origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of ampC protein.
