Is there any information about the tertiary structure of the protein once reconstituted or diluted?
For CSB-EP880095HU, it is a semi-custom product currentlly, and it has not been developed yet.
As for the result of protein, we are afraid that we can't detect it and guarantee that the protein structure must be correct.
EP is a prokaryotic expression system, and the expressed protein can hardly be modified after translation (such as glycosylation, phosphorylation, etc.), so the possibility of biological activity of the expressed product is low.
If you require the tertiary structure to be correct, we recommend the mammalian expression system protein, CSB-MP880095HU.
Protein produced by mammalian expression system is closer to the natural state. Theoretically, there is not much difference in the corresponding translation modification. We commonly use HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line, and the tertiary structure may be similar.
