Storage Condition

Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shelf Life

The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

1. Generally, we use HEK293 cell as the host cell for Mammalian cell expression system, which has high growth rate, are easy to transfect, and have high expression level of foreign proteins.
2. Regarding the purity, the minimum purity that we can guarantee is 85%, which means that the purity of final protein will be above 85%.
If you require much higher purity than 85%, pls remark this requirement in the order, we can try as higher purity as possible, but we can't guarantee it can reach 90% or 95%.
3.The default buffer is Tris-based buffer, 50% glycerol, pH 8.0. If you have any special requirement for the buffer, pls communicate with us in advance.
