Description

The recombinant Mouse Ly6a protein expression involves transfecting e.coli cells with a DNA expression vector containing the gene encoding the recombinant protein of interest (27-112aa) and then culturing the cells so that they express the desired protein. The protein features a N-terminal 10xHis tag and C-terminal Myc tag fusion. The recombinant Mouse Ly6a protein is collected and purified from the cell lysate through affinity purification. Its purity is greater than 90%, as measured by SDS-PAGE.
