Do you have a trehalose removal protocol?
I'm wanting to remove the trehalose from the product we have essentially doing a buffer transfer.
Trehalose can be removed by dialysis, which is mild and has little effect on the stability of protein. If you are worried about protein aggregation, non-reducing SDS-PAGE can be detected before and after dialysis.
