Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shelf Life

The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

What detergent is used and what the storage buffer is composed of?

We had produced a batch of CSB-CF023869MO before, using 0.05%FOS-12 detergent.
Our commonly used detergents are 0.05% Brij78, 0.05% FOS-12 and 0.05% DDM. If you have specified detergents, please inform us in advance. and we will try it first.
The storage buffer is composed of 10mM Tris-HCl,150mM NaCl, 0.05%FOS12, pH8.0 10% glycerol.

May play an important role in cardiac development and function. May regulate cardiac conduction and the function of the gap junction protein GJA1. May contribute to the stability and proper localization of GJA1 to cardiac intercalated disk thereby regulating gap junction communication. Regulates mitochondrial respiration and mitochondrial DNA copy number maintenance.
