Description

The immunization of rabbits with the recombinant human NOB1 protein (103-229AA) and final purification from rabbit antiserum by protein G causes the creation of the anti-NOB1 antibody. This NOB1 antibody is a polyclonal antibody and occurs as an unconjugated IgG. Its purity is greater than 95%. It is reactive with human and mouse NOB1 protein, which is a subunit of the 26S proteasome that plays a key role in the protein degradation pathway. The NOB1 protein is also involved in the tumorigenesis of different types of cancer. And this anti-NOB1 antibody can be used to detect the NOB1 protein in ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications.
